T&M Seasonal Services

These Terms of Service govern your use of T&M Seasonal Services.
By booking services or submitting payment, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
T&M Seasonal Services provides home and property maintenance services including (but not limited to):
Lawn and seasonal maintenance
Exterior cleaning
Snow removal
Related residential services
All services are subject to availability, weather, and scheduling.
2. Quotes & Scheduling
Quotes are estimates based on provided information.
Final pricing may change if site conditions differ.
Appointments are scheduled manually.
Customers must ensure property access at the scheduled time.
3. Payments
Payments are made using secure Stripe payment links.
T&M Seasonal Services does not collect or store customer credit card information.
Payment is required before or upon service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Memberships & Recurring Services
If enrolled in recurring services:
Billing occurs on an agreed schedule
Services may be delayed due to weather or safety conditions
Cancellations must be requested with reasonable notice
Once a service period has started, refunds are not guaranteed.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Customers must provide reasonable notice to cancel or reschedule.
Late cancellations may result in a service fee.
6. Property Conditions
Customers are responsible for:
Removing obstacles
Securing pets
Providing safe access
Disclosing hazards
We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by unsafe or inaccessible conditions.
7. Damage & Liability
While reasonable care is taken:
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage
We are not responsible for hidden defects
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
8. Weather
Outdoor services may be postponed due to weather conditions. Safety always takes priority.
9. Refusal of Service
We reserve the right to refuse service due to unsafe conditions, abusive behavior, or non-payment.
10. Intellectual Property
All website content belongs to T&M Seasonal Services and may not be copied without permission.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the applicable province.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
